HOW MIGHT WE鈥�

Create an inclusive culture of teaching and learning support character development of students

SOLUTION

Build teacher trust and collaboration among staff members in order to enable conversations and practices of culturally responsive teaching. Include ELITE student mentors in building culture among teachers.
